We want you to love the items you purchase from If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items for a full refund within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.), in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact.
  • Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit, reflecting any missing peripherals.
  • The product serial number must match the serial number in our database. maintains serial number tracking.
  • We require that all approved returns of computers, tablets, and similar devices have the password removed or restored to the system default.
  • Return merchandise must be double-boxed with no writing on the manufacturer’s box. Your Return Authorization number should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.

Products with the 2-year Warranty badge will be offered with a 2-year Extended Manufacturer Warranty.

Coverage: During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, the non-wearable part or component that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty applies to the main machine and its components, excluding consumables and parts subject to wear and tear.

3. Conditions and Limitations:

  • This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or any other actions that are beyond normal use.
  • The warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or if non-authorized parts or accessories are used.
  • Routine maintenance, cleaning, and replacements of consumable parts (e.g., brushes, pads, squeegees) are not covered under this warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or other similar events.

4. Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer by sending email to Proof of purchase and details about the issue must be provided to process the warranty claim.

5. Repair and Replacement: If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the faulty part or component free of charge. The manufacturer will cover the cost of labor and parts required for the repair or replacement.

6. Shipping and Transportation: Any costs associated with transporting the product to and from the manufacturer or authorized service center for warranty service are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability: The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components. The manufacturer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
